NADT Refund Policy
NADT turns no one away due to financial hardship. Contact the National Office for information about payment options.
Registry: Professional Registry members are required to keep their registry dues current annually. The Registry period starts May 1st and ends April 30th of the following year. Failure to pay registry dues by the due date jeopardizes credentials. Registry dues are not refundable.
Membership: Membership dues are not refundable.
Conference Refund Policy: All cancellations and requests for refunds must be sent in writing via email, fax, or regular mail.
There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before the date 30 days prior to the first day of an annual conference. The full amount paid minus a $25 processing fee will be refunded.
A cancellation fee of 50% of registration costs plus a $25.00 fee will be applied for cancellations received between 29 days to 10 days before the first day of the annual conference. Substitutions are permitted.
No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 10 days before the first day of an annual conference.
Substitutions are permitted with a $25.00 processing fee.
Late requests for refunds due to family emergency only will be considered on case by case basis.
NADT is not responsible for problems beyond our control, such weather. No refunds will be given in these situations. |
